Documentary that explains the history of the Alger concentration camp.

It premiered in France in May 2009 and was broadcast on TV3 on December 10, 2009.

This documentary explains what this concentration camp really meant for around one hundred thousand Catalan and Spanish republicans who were fleeing the Franco regime. It is a unique document that shows archival footage and previously unseen photographs of what life was like in the countryside, includes interviews with more than twenty direct witnesses, as well as dramatized scenes of everyday life in the countryside.
